The Diamond and Platinum Programme provides educational opportunities and activities for men and women over 60. This project specifically targets older people who are unable to access the Waterside Women's Centre and are living in residential care (homes in the Waterside, New Buildings & Eglinton). The volunteer role is to accompany tutors and assist activities in residential homes - set up, encourage participation, hands on help. Great chance to gain experience working with older people
