The New Year is upon us and it’s time to think about those annual resolutions! Why don’t you resolve to do something practical, something that will benefit your community, your health and above all be fun? Why don’t you give volunteering a go?
The One Good Reason Project is aimed at people aged 55+ to consider volunteering as a lifestyle choice, no matter what your background or experience, we are sure that at the North West Volunteer Centre that we can find a volunteering role to suit your needs.
Throughout the year a series of taster sessions and Action Days will be run, so that you can come along with friends or family to give volunteering a go (no commitment necessary), to get a taste for it! A full list of dates and activities will be confirmed in the New Year!
