This year we have decided to have a "healthy" volunteer celebration. On Thursday 8th June, our volunteers were invited to come along and participate in a health check which was facilitated by the Foyle Health @ Work Project. Qualified nurses performed a health M.O.T on willing participants such as blood presure, cholesterol as well as advice and support on healthy eating and tips to get active. In keeping with the theme, the workshop was followed by a healthy lunch, and our volunteers were challenged to get more active with a walk and tour around the city walls.
